I work out everyday and have about 1000 calories a day at max. But I’m looking for something to give me that extra push for weight loss. I’ve found a couple things and looked at the pros and cons. But most of the them say the same thing. I don’t want to spend money on something that doesn’t work. I get reviews of this works but with someone else theres no effects. And I don’t want extreme caffeine that keeps me up at night. Any ideas??

Guy N Gals,

I’ve tried everything, cardio-vascular stuff, HIIT, weight training. There’s been some marginal improvement, but nothing to brag about. I really need some weight loss pill or supplement that can help me accelerate this process/progress.

I am thinking of hoodia, but need some info. on various products available at the market, so I could compare and study them, before making a decision.

So if anyone has got some reseach paper or any report analyzing the pros and cons of the famous (read best) weight loss pills around, please do post them here. I want a thorough research on these pills, not just sales pitches.

TIA,
Sandra

I am 20 years old and have a 6 month old baby. I am trying to get some resemblance of my pre-pregnancy body back. I am not fat, but am at the top end of ‘normal’ weight for my height.

The trouble is, is I’m finding the weight really hard to shift. So far I have chosen a healthy, calorie restricted diet of lots of fruit and veg. I am also going to the gym and doing lots of walking. But the weight just isn’t shifting.

Should I reach for the diet pills? What are the pros and cons? What diet pills do you recommend?
