I dont know what these ingriendients do or how they will benifit me

i dont understand what half of the things in the capsules are for
will these make me lose weight?

Im taking the diet pill as an appetite suppressant. I have taken these diet pills before they are called Go-Cal 1000 and are herbal but I have never taken them with the pill. I am on the combined contraceptive pill yasminelle.
Green tea doesnt work for me trust me i have tried other diet teas and pills and these are the only ones that work, and yes they are completely herbal!
