I am 17 and my mom never did the motherly thing and inform me about taking care of myself. I have so many questions and I need an internet mama to help me
And so my many questions begin and a nice detailed answer is what I am looking for…and I’m looking for someone that can answer any of my future questions too.
I need advice…help on what to do to get and maintain healthy and soft skin. This also ties in with shaving. O.o How do you shave "correctly"? I mean how do I keep from getting razor burns or bumps? Speaking of bumps…how do I smooth down skin? Oh another shaving related question: Yah what should I shave with…soap, a special gel and how often should I shave? How do I choose a razor?
Another thing that I am completely unaware of is healthy nails. I heard somewhere that nail polish is bad for them. Is that true? How do I maintain healthy skin around my nails and keep my nails from cracking (not that they are….ok maybe a little)?
I’m 4 foot 9 and a 100 pounds. What weight should I be…to be considered healthy? And how do I work on building muscle (just a little…nothing tacky) and losing fat? I also want to shape up my booty. Lol. What sports should I get involved in? Like right now I’m into bicycle riding. How many times a week should I ride and for how long? I want to work hard without pushing my self past that limit….enough to help me get fit!
What should my diet be? I dislike chocolate….a lot. I’m weird like that. Lol. And I’m not so much for oily foods but sometimes I feel like my parents don’t know what else to cook. What can I do and what kind of foods should I eat? What kind of vitamins and proteins should I be consuming? O.o Would that One Women’s Daily pill work? I don’t know if substitutes are best? How much water a day should I be drinking?
How do I take care of my face? What should I wash with and what should I look out for? Is it ok to wash my face with regular soap?
How do I get my hair to soften? To me, it feels like straw. And right now I’m using Suave shampoo and conditioner. What else can I use?
Please help me internet mama. I need to create a healthy lifestyle.

Doesn’t matter if it’s homemade natural remedy, pills, products…please…I was in a diet and I first thought I have loosen vitamins, but it’s been over a month that I haven’t been on it..but still loosing a lot of hair every time I shower!!!Please any advise will appreciate.
Has anyone used it and any success stories out there? I just started it and the first 3 weeks I didnt really do what the doctor told me and I missed the pill a few times and I lost 7# on 15mg per day, and it worked great in the morning but then by 3pm I just would bomb out and go home and overeat, so this time he gave me the 37.5mg and told me take it twice per day and man now i am full of energy and back lifting and running on my elliptical, and I have lost 10# this week alone, so I am very interested in what my 2nd months results will be, I read a lot of success stories and forums on thier website and there was some amazing results especially for women, me my start weight was 307 i am 29/m 6ft 2in with a large build now im down to 290 and hope the next time i step on the scale i will be around the 270# mark and hopefully under 250# by mid august, then I read and know personally that you will peak and it wont be as fast but that is fine i just have to get back in the swing of things and now i am so I dont see it being a problem, thanks and I hope I hear some good stories and reviews about this pill.
