I know I am going to get tons of different answers here, but I am looking to start taking diet pills (over the counter). I don’t know if I should just take something that lowers my appetite or an actual ‘diet pill’. I work out 4 days a week for an hour each day. I need something to speed up the weight loss.
Any suggestions with reasons behind it, and personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Though I do not take any diet pills (and fully believe that you can loose weight with out it, this is coming from someone who lost 110 lbs with out pills or surgery), the ONLY FDA approved diet pill is ALLI.
