Nutritional Cleasnsing from Isagenix is the way to go. It’s all natural organic ingredients that your body needs — no chemicals. I’ve lost 29 pounds so far in only 1 month and I’m still losing. A few of my coworkers are also doing it (that’s how I got into it) and they’ve lost significant pounds and inches around their body. I wouldn’t trust any chemical filled diet pills — EWW!
