I just ordered green stinger with ephedrine and would like to know if they are going to work, I work out 5 times a week for 1 hour and eat fairly good but want to shed a few pounds has anyone tried this product if not what to you recommend.. and please no ONLY EAT A DIET AND EXCERISE DIET PILLS ARE BAD FOR YOU …
Please any suggestions???

Hey, I have used Ephedra for years and eat what I want when I want, I only ride a recumbent bike and eat allot, I love it !
this is only my opinion on ephedra and what I have experienced >>>>>>
since the ban it is kind of a pain to get it and be comfortable with what you are actually getting. The older products came from very reputable MFg and now it is a hit or miss..
this is my experience only !!!! but as I said I have used it for 10 years my mom gave me a bottle from Now Foods where she was a Manager it was made by TwinLabs since the explosion of deaths from the product all the good companies have ran for the hills..
Not to be repetitive but this is only my opinion, everyone seems to have there own view.
yes, we all know exercise and a good diet are the best practices but in the real world my 12 hour work day is lacking meal and workout time sessions..
after the ban everyone was scared so it was an elusive product. the most reliable product I found after many bad ones i.e.: Canada no label bottles… was DNE vitamins "Bolt Hcl" it was a 20mg solo pill and an excellent deal at 39.00 for 375 pills.
there were others like valasapro and speeders at the gas station but Bolt was a nice clean foiled product. I personally do not like the other products in valasapro. " WELL" DNE Bolted their prices through the roof from what I was used to paying, from what I have seen, they are still climbing.
so, a few more questionable products and I found Yellow Bullets 100ct Ephedra Pills 20mg for 39.00 reasonable results still liked Bolt better but I was to cheap and mad at the massive price increase..
But Lately seems like people are coming around I have purchased the Green Stinger with 27mg from I-supplements from which I have purchased many things from. and it is really the closest I have found to the old Twin labs product. great hard shell pill and a very positive result from my first bottle. all in all GREAT PRODUCT so far, I definitely recommend buying them I will be re-purchasing them as well…
here is my theory! my wife was always terrified of these pills mostly because of the news. so, when I found bolt, and she was dragging and asked me for one,it was at the time the only product for a while that I found that I would trust to give her. 1 pill would do nothing for her so she would take the pills and vivarin 200mg caffeine, this would help get her going. in her mind it was a bad thing to take and it was gonna make her feel like she was on crack! but she drinks 8 cups of strong coffee a day !!! so this product in a normal dosage was worthless. I told her I would drink 8 cups of coffee in a day to see how much caffeine she was taking.. 8 cups later my hands were uncontrollably shaking and I felt like I was seeing pink hefalumps. ephedra has a different effect then caffeine but together the caffeine streams it into your system. the ephedra speeds your metabolism. so everything is in relation to how it effects YOU!!! start slow and adjust..
I started slow 12 years ago with 1 pill a day and then adjusted to my comfort level. the bottles say 2 pills 2-3 times a day. I have never used more then 4 pills in one day with caffeine..
Please keep in mind everyone’s routines are different, for me I do not eat breakfast and I eat everything for lunch and a late diner.
I can say that the deaths surrounding these pills is very sad but excess in any product will have detrimental even deadly results. so start slow and adjust when you need. this root has been around for hundreds of years. our society of excessive usage has abused a good thing.
