Hi, i was thinking of ordering diet pills that contain ephedra online, but am i just wondering will i get arrested if i do so? I live in Ireland and not sure how legal/illegal ephedra is here.

Ephedra is a dangerous drug. It’s pretty much been banned here in the US after several death from high school football players dying after using it.
It can help you lose weight, but it can also cause your heart rate and blood pressure to go up and your body temperature to increase to unsafe levels.
Don’t mess with the stuff, it’s just not worth risking your life. A healthy diet and exercise plan are much better alternatives.
