whats the fastest way to lose weight without taking diet pills and stuf.
il drink teas that boost metabolism, like oolong or greentea..but any specific exercises to do to reduce flab on belly? and how many do i do?

Situps every morning, after 10 minutes of stretching. Work up to 600, then do 600 more before bed. Start with only 50 or you’ll give up too easy. The good thing with this is you’re building core strength, speeding up metabolism, and if you do enough it does become a cardio workout as well. And there’s nothing like it for results!
