I am a dancer but since I stopped dancing for a year or so, I gained about 20lbs. I have started dancing again but this weight is soooo hard to lose. I am on a good balanced diet but I need a supplement which will enhance my weight-loss. I am not very interested in pills or anything. I mean something very natural like green-tea, lemonade diet, any suggestions?

    all fruits and vegatables everyday
    mix of low cal fish, chicken
    mediam amount of bread
    one to no sweets a week

    also drink grean tea
    and try bike riding and yoga
    also do 10pushups in the morning
    and 10 b4 u go to bed
    no late night snacking!!
