I have been thinking about taking over the counter diet pills just to help get some excess fat off my belly from having a baby. Are these type of pills safe for short term use if i stop taking them when I get to my desired weight {only about 10 pounds off} or will I balloon right back up after i stop taking them. I already walk a lot {part of my job} and don’t over eat, but just can’t seem to get this extra flab off.

Usually not. They elevate the heart rate and cause appetite imbalances which are not healthy. The only way out is to exercises and eat healthy……you know the blatant point everyone misses every time for some reason!!!!
