Weight Loss 4 Idiots has a pretty good program. they have this book and diet generator tool you can get that analyzes your stats and gives you a pretty easy to follow diet that isn’t that different from what you usually eat (in my case). i didn’t see much change in the first week but it kicked off in the second.
i’m sure there are testimonials on the site- i myself was referred to it by a relative who used it.
